I like your guys designer toy design that you made on the bottom. It makes me think of like of robots with vibrant colors. I think with a little more hard work to your design, this will be a good name.
The font choice is solid - as Alan mentioned, it definitely gives off a technological vibe, plus the colors are -neon- in hue, providing an interesting play on the "neo" portion of your name!
I think the second logo with the diagonal lines works best. While I really like the effect from top to bottom, there does seem to be a bit too much space above and below the text. One thing you may want to consider is taking the lawnmower to the design and reducing it to just the center strip.
The purple versus green effect you have going there definitely looks great, though!
One other possibility is to provide it with some containment - maybe a border around your "NEO-TRONZ" text? To keep with the theme, this border could also look all neon-ed out like the text. Anyway, just something to consider. Otherwise, I like where this logo is going!
I really like your font type. However, compared with your designer toy sketch it doesn't seem to match. Your name seems more robotic than your toy. Maybe if you made it look more robotic or something to that effect.

I'm not sure if that's what you were going for though. The bottom one though just looks clean cut..like Curtis said..you should just take a strip of that (where it shows the words). No need for all the extra blank space. Cool logo though!
Personally I think all you need is a black strip with just the name, the color and font give off a rave-tech feel all on their own and the background just draws your attention away despite how nice it looks.

I definitely prefer the second logo and I agree with Curtis and Tuli when they say there's a lot of empty space and to make a border or something. I also agree with Joanna because I thought about robots when I read it...maybe you could add robotic like features to the toys?
Have you developed a normal logo for general use? These logos are nice for more formal things, but say you make a channel letter sign for one of your shops, you can't really have the font used now or the wonderful backgrounds. Perhaps a more "Pac-Man-esque" font? Like the one used in TRON for example:

I get the name Neo, but i'm not quite sure what tronz mean. I like your design and if you put more time into it. Your design would look awesome :)
